CADT held a curriculum review for its Understanding Quran for You (UQ4U) program in Dhaka.
UQ4U is a research-driven, second-language-acquisition approach that helps Bangla-speaking people understand Al-Quran in Arabic, Bangla and English through a Cambridge-inspired curriculum. It is a toolkit — not a translation — designed so learners understand the Quranic language by reciting a tailor-made script alongside Al-Quran.
The first draft script of para (juz) 1–5 has been validated through a trial batch with more than 200 hours of lesson practice, and is now under review to solidify the prototype.
